How to apply

The application round for 2025-2026 is now closed. The 2026-2027 application cycle will open in November 2025, with a deadline in mid-February 2026. Below are the steps you’ll need to follow during the application process:

  1. Check that you have a GPA of 2.5 (55%-59%) or above through Student Information on your record & results page.
  2. Complete the Study abroad registration form
  3. Provide your supporting documents:
    • download the Faculty approval form and ask your exchange or subject coordinator/s to sign it
    • upload the signed Faculty approval form
    • upload a short personal statement explaining what motivated you to apply for an exchange abroad
    • download and complete the research sheet
      • this will be available to download via Mobility Online.
