Oxford Brookes expects all members of the University community to treat everyone - staff, students and visitors alike - with dignity and respect. If you have experienced or witnessed something unacceptable there is support available and you can report something to us with or without your contact details.

Reporting

If you have experienced or witnessed something, you can report it either with or without your contact details. 

  • Report anonymously: if you choose to report anonymously, we will use this information to better understand the issues impacting our University community, to monitor trends and inform proactive and preventative work. We will not be able to offer you direct advice or investigate a matter.
  • Report with contact details: if you choose to report with your contact details we will be able to get in touch to offer support and, with your consent, investigate a matter. Oxford Brookes will always take complaints of discrimination, harassment, bullying or victimisation seriously and will investigate complaints in a sensitive and timely manner.

Confidentiality will only be broken if you give us your express permission to, or if you've given us relevant information and we're concerned about your or somebody else's safety.

I am not a student or a staff member

Our anonymous reporting tool welcomes submissions from anyone with a connection to Oxford Brookes, this includes but is not limited to; visitors, parents, applicants and third party organisations.
